    John O'Brien

    Chief Executive Officer

    John has over 20 years of experience in management, entrepreneurial, and engineering organizations. Specializing in the product development and management areas, John has founded several successful businesses including start-ups. He was one of four co-founders of Storage Computer Corporation, which went public in 1995. He held various positions over an 8-year period in SCC, including VP of Technology, VP of Research and Development, and VP of Technical Services. John has also worked for organizations in the Banking, Trading, and the Defense sectors of the economy.

    John has most recently been leading his own independent consultancy business, servicing clients in the financial and high-tech industries. He has experience writing, applying, licensing and litigating technical patents, with one patent issued and several additional patents pending in the areas of data storage, search technology, and business methods. He has published several technical articles, some of which have appeared in the Computer Technology Review.

    John is currently a National Advisory Council member at George Washington University's School of Engineering and Applied Science where he graduated from in 1978 with a Masters Degree in Engineering Administration. John also has degrees in Mathematics and Electrical Engineering.

    Elan Bitan

    Founder and Executive Vice President

    Elan is a business technology leader. His background covers multiple disciplines relating to business and technology with emphasis on strategy, e-business and management. Elan is a unique individual who can view business problems from both strategic and tactical points of view. He led organizations of different sizes to success.

    Previously, Elan was a Partner with Ernst & Young in the Corporate Development & Strategy Group. He provided leadership in business transformation and technology strategy initiatives for the firm on a national level. While with Ernst & Young, Elan worked with the investment arm of the firm and with various venture capital partners. In that role, he concurrently managed many of the firm's investment acceleration efforts as they related to start-ups and early stage companies.

    Elan joined Ernst & Young in 1999 with prior experience at Electronic Data Systems (EDS), where he built and developed the e-commerce division for the Global Financial Markets Group, serving clients like NASDAQ, JP Morgan and Bankers Trust. Prior to his role with EDS, Elan was the CEO and Chief Consulting Officer of a small consulting firm, specializing in management consulting, technology and e-business, serving Wall Street clients.

    Elan holds a BA degree in Mathematics and Computers Science from Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia (1985) and an MBA in Information Systems and Finance from The Bernard M. Baruch College in New York, New York (1991)

    Giora Feldman

    Chief Technology Officer

    Giora is a brilliant software engineer with 15 years of experience in leading software development and research. He has strong team building capabilities and commitment to achieving his goals. Giora's software development background includes design, programming, QA, documentation and UI. He has a proven ability to conceive, develop and deliver cutting-edge technologies while keeping budget/schedule commitments. Until the end of 2005 he was Vice President Research & Development for Tegrity, a leading educational enterprise software company. Giora received his B.Sc., Suma Cum Luda, in 1999 from Tel-Aviv University, Israel.
